
Stacy Shewey | Founder & CEO
Stacy’s career began with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. During this time, she was awarded the prestigious Circle of Excellence Award, which is reserved for the hospitality industry’s best sales associates. Stacy went on to form a hospitality company where she owned and operated hotel properties, freelanced as a hotel feasibility consultant, was a consultant/investor on a 60M resort start-up, and contracted out as an event planner. She left the hospitality industry to become an executive director for an assisted living and memory care community before forming Hands 4Life.

Mehgan Fox | Co-Founder & CCO
Mehgan Fox graduated with a degree in Public Health and Health Education. Following two summers spent on mission in Tanzania, Africa, she realized her passion for service and advocating for marginalized and misunderstood populations of people. She has a multitude of geriatric care and patient experience as a result of her work at an Integrative Neurology Practice and two 5o1(c)(3) organizations.

Tammy Marshall | COO
Tammy L. Marshall is known as a woman of firsts, she was the first woman in the C-Suite for 2 of NYS largest long term care systems, the first CXO in the United States for Aging services and she will continue with that legacy as she continues to pioneer space for woman in leadership as she assumes the role of COO at Hands4Life, co-leading the first of its kind intergenerational care model for orphaned older adult and children in the Honduras. Marshall’s formal training is that of nursing, hospitality and business strategy. She has owned and operated profitable businesses for over 25 years. Her published work can be found in the areas of dementia, women in leadership, nursing and Biophilic design.

Pastor Sharon Williams | Advisor to the Board
Pastor Sharon has been in ministry for over 48 years. She and her husband Daniel are founders of Go to Nations, a missionary sending agency working in 106 countries. As an ordained minister, Sharon was a part of the Christ the Redeemer Church Executive staff for 20 years. In 2010, Sharon began Act 4 the Nations, a non-profit organization working on 5 continents to help women attain a better way of life by partnering with missionaries and Anti-Human Trafficking organizations. Mentoring leaders is her passion.

Frank Bernatt | Chairman of the Board
With over 40 years of management experience in a manufacturing and special projects environment, Frank brings proven leadership, organization and multi-tasking coordination to the team. After retirement in 2015, Frank has been thoroughly involved with various non-profit groups, county and local law enforcement personnel, and various Church sponsored community ministries to build Christian relationships, make disciples and spread The Gospel.

Gautam Banerjea | Vice Chairman
Gautam is the Vice-President at one of the largest Information Technology companies in the world with responsibility for consulting and outsourcing services for clients.
He serves as a Client Services Leader where he directs the company’s investments in people, intellectual capital and client relationships across 100+ client engagements involving 8000+ resources world-wide. He focuses on excellence in client delivery, contributing to the ongoing improvements in service offerings, developing talent and leadership globally. He has had a strong track record of leadership positions at IBM, Capgemini, Ernst & Young LLC, Hewlett Packard Company, and EDS Corporation. He brings cross-industry knowledge and a diverse set of information services experience acquired over the 45 years through engagements in North America, Asia Pacific, and Europe. He has a Master’s Degrees in Applied Economics and a Master’s in Management Information Systems.

Michael Shewey | Treasurer
As executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), Michael is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, corporate finance and investor relations. He also oversees and manages all human resources and facilities activities. His career spans more than 30 years of varied experience in financial management, business leadership and corporate strategy.
Michael is a graduate of The University of Notre Dame with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Business Administration

Tiffany Hoffman | Secretary
Tiffany is a nurse practitioner with 20 years of experience in cardiology. She has developed a passion for the specific needs of the geriatric population and easing their burden. This passion led to a hospital-based position as Transitional Care and Readmission Team Lead. She met Stacy at a God-ordained moment and was compelled to join the Hands 4Life team reaching out to the elderly of the world in the name of Jesus.

Bruce R. Maddern, M.D. | Board Member
Dr. Bruce R. Maddern received his M.D. degree in 1982 and is in private practice specializing in pediatric otolaryngology at Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Center One Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. He is board-certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He was repeatedly recognized by his peers as one of the “Best Doctors in America” in 2005-2020, along with U.S. News & World Report and Castle-Connolly Services; he brings the board extensive medical knowledge and considerable involvement with medical and surgical mission projects. Such involvement includes program development, performing cleft lip/palate surgery, craniofacial, and head/neck cancer care to the Philippines, Brazil, and Grenada. He is a longstanding member of the CHORES, a charity medical/surgical and service group.

Sharon Williams | Board Member
Sandra co-founded a 501(c)(3) called The Core Network for community development and is the CEO of Core Global Training for professional development. She is a certified trainer, motivational speaker, professional optimizer, and author of a series of books & MySuccess Journals.

Morgan Shewey | Co-Founder & Intern
Morgan Shewey is studying International Business and Entrepreneurship at The University of Tampa. Morgan has always been compassionate to others and knows the importance of service as seen through several mission trips and establishing a Rotaract Club at The University of Tampa. She was honored with the University of Tampa’s 2020-21 Best New University Club Award. She holds the position of Communications Director at Relevant Church in Tampa, Florida.

Theodore Ihenetu | Executive Director of Operations Hands 4Life Nigeria
Theodore Ihenetu is a catholic priest in the Archdiocese of Owerri Imo State Nigeria, with long years of experience in volunteer services, management of assisted living facilities and nursing homes. He is passionate about social action for social change and public good, especially in the inclusion of older adults in policy planning for an ageing-friendly society. He is the founder of a non-profit organisation; Raphe Adultcare Centre that promotes and advocates for the social well-being of older adults in Nigeria. He runs a digital literacy centre for older adults which promotes intergenerational collaboration and gerontechnology to disable ageism and ableism; bridging generational gaps between older adults and younger adults through education of older population in the use of basic technological devices to promote independence, self-reliance, resilience and active ageing. He belongs to civil society organization that advocates for the rights of older adults; Coalition of Societies for Rights of Older People in Nigeria. He is also a research student at the University of Nigeria Nsukka in the area of Social Gerontechnology and Early Childhood Education.
