About me
Alex lost his mother when he was four years old. His father struggled with alcoholism and later abandoned him. With no one to care for him, Alex left school in Grade 5 and began using drugs and alcohol.
When Pastor Yusuf met Alex, he shared that he could not understand why he had suffered so much. At his lowest point, he wondered whether his life was worth living.
Pastor Yusuf shared the Gospel with Alex and welcomed him into the care of his family. Alex now needs support for recovery, continued discipleship, and vocational training. He hopes to study welding and metalwork so he can earn an income and build a better future.
