About me
Every child deserves a foundation built on love, security, and education.
For Salma that foundation was shaken early in life after the tragic loss of both parents. Left without parental care, she now lives under the guardianship of a destitute extended family member who struggles to make ends meet, let alone cover the ever increasing costs of Primary education.
Despite these overwhelming setbacks, Salma wakes up every morning with a bright smile and a massive dream of becoming a school teacher. She knows firsthand the power of guidance and wants nothing more than to inspire future generations of children, showing them that their past does not define their future.
Right now, financial barriers stand in the way of this dream. She is looking for a dedicated educational sponsor to help bridge the gap.
Your sponsorship will directly fund the essential building blocks of her primary education: meals, a neat uniform, textbooks, and term tuition fees. By sponsoring Salma, you are not just funding a classroom seat, you are lifting an entire family story out of abject poverty and investing in a future educator.
Benefits of the program
Boys and girls enrolled in the program come to school each day and then return home to live in their villages with their families. Student sponsorship is $39 per month, or $468 annually. Your sponsorship provides students with an opportunity to regularly hear, see, and feel the Gospel, receive a daily nutritious meal, and learn from a quality curriculum, as well as providing training for teachers and school administrators.
