I got married in 1988 and I lost my husband in 2000. I have five children. They dropped out of school because of the economic condition. Since then they have not found it easy to get a job to support themselves and our family. I engage in small-scale poultry farming to sustain my family with my last child that stays with me but it is not sustainable because of the high cost of poultry feed in the market. Occasionally I receive food supplies from kind hearted individuals in the community.
Hands 4Life does so much to care for grandparents. For example, we provide education about dementia, food for the abandoned and neglected and healthcare for those in need. Hands 4Life is changing the way the world views the grandparent generation.
